Greeting
Once we're contacted, we'll set up the initial consultation. Our process starts with a virtual consultation to discuss your needs and prescription with our Licensed Optician. You don’t have to leave work or the comfort of your home for this telehealth appointment.
Consultation
The first step to getting new frames you love is an initial consultation. This appointment takes place virtually, so you can take a few minutes to meet with us and continue with your day without interruption.
Choose Your Frames
Instead of driving all over town or ordering your frames online, we display our collections on our website, where you can browse for your favorites. Once you’ve narrowed it down, you can create a wishlist of 10 frames you would like your optician to bring for you to try on, and book your appointment.
Fitting Appointment
Your first in-person meeting with your optician. Try on the frames, see how they fit, and feel. Your optician will go over everything. Once your optician has your prescription, measurements, lens choice, frame selections, and payment, your optician will put it all together to place your order.
Dispensing Appointment
Once your glasses are ready, we contact you for the dispensing appointment. We present your new glasses and make any needed fitting adjustments, ensuring you have the perfect fit.
Go Out in Style
